Cancellations & Returns

​​Every HEVN piece is crafted with care, and we want your experience to feel just as refined. Once an order is placed, it begins moving through our process for that reason, cancellations aren’t possible, including on pre-orders. Some items may take a little longer depending on production, but we’ll keep things moving smoothly.

 

If something about your order isn’t right, reach out through the Contact page within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

 

We offer exchanges when genuinely necessary.

Refunds aren’t part of our policy.

 

Please ensure you’ve checked the size chart before ordering — if the size delivered matches the size selected, we’re unable to exchange it.

 

For approved exchanges, we’ll ask for a clear, continuous packing video showing the product condition and handover to the courier. This helps us keep the process transparent for everyone.

 

Items returned for exchange must be:

 

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags, labels, and outer packaging intact

 

 

Certain products can’t be exchanged — limited drops, personal-wear items, and anything damaged after delivery. Minor color variations or small natural stitch imperfections occur due to screen differences and hand-finishing, and are not considered defects.

 

If your required size is unavailable at the moment, the exchange will be processed once it’s restocked. We’ll keep you updated throughout.

 

Please wait for return approval before sending anything back — this ensures your parcel reaches the right place and is processed correctly.

 

Some transit creasing or mild dust from shipping is normal and easily fixed with a gentle wash or steam.
